NOTS Logistics’ white, ga Facility maintains ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Did you know NOTS Logistics’ White, GA facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified? What is an ISO certification, you may ask? We were asked by our customer (TOYO) to obtain the ISO certification to be compliant with their TS certification. A registrar, Bureau Veritas, was selected to come in and evaluate our Quality Management System (QMS). A QMS is a formalized system that documents processes, procedures and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives. After the certification is completed, the QMS has to constantly be maintained through internal audits, quality objectives, continuous improvement, customer feedback and management reviews to ensure that we are satisfying the standard.  

The auditor with Bureau Veritas was on site the week of July
16-18, 2019 for our annual surveillance audit. The auditor praised our QMS and our team. NOTS team members play a vital role in helping us maintain our certification. They follow a specific set of procedures and instructions that allow NOTS to meet or exceed the required quality objectives.
