nots logistics hosts holiday party at nashville headquarters

This week, NOTS Logistics Corporate Headquarters was transformed into a winter wonderland for all of the full-time and part-time employees in Illinois. The festivities began at 11:00 am and lasted until 6:30 pm and we had well over 100 co-workers show up for the gathering.

Fried chicken, rolls, green beans and Au-Gratin potatoes were the main course, which was provided by our friends at the Eagle’s Nest in Addieville. Like most years. a big hit were the delicious cupcakes from The Cup in Edwardsville. The Black Forest and Peanut Butter Cup disappeared first, but there were so many delicious choices. NOTS Logistics also raffled off gorgeous Poinsettias from the Flower Shop in Nashville, as well as some gifts from Harry and David, and some tri-flavored popcorn from The Popcorn Factory.  Every full-time co-worker that came walked away with one of these three gifts. Every eligible part-time employee received a $25.00 gift card to the Citgo Gas Station, owned locally by the Knapp family.

There were several coolers full of chicken consumed by this hearty bunch.  With the background Christmas music and plenty of smiles, and full bellies, the cupcakes were the only thing which prevented everyone from napping.
